Sign Maintenance

All our oiled signs are treated with Rubio Monocoat Woodcream to give protection from the elements. It allows the wood to age naturally (it will grey with age), but protects it and makes it water-repellent.

The pearl effect (water-beading) will gradually diminish and treatment will be required, depending on the weather your sign is subjected to. To help the woodcream you can use Rubio Monocoat exterior soap spray. you can purchase it here.
